Abigail Dixon

Abigail Dixon joined the Stouffer & Associates team in May of 2024 and earned her state certification as a Certified General Appraiser later that year. Prior to joining Stouffer & Associates, Abigail worked as an appraiser trainee specializing in the valuation of properties for right-of-way projects in all regions of Texas as well as various states throughout the country.

As an associate Appraiser, Abigail is experienced in appraising a variety of property types including commercial properties consisting of office, retail, industrial, vacant land, & special purpose uses. Abigail performs 80 to 100 appraisals per year for various clients, including: banks, mortgage lenders, credit unions, municipalities, individuals, partnerships, corporations, real estate developers, and attorneys. These appraisals are utilized for variety of uses, including: loan underwriting, foreclosures, estate valuations, tax protests, and marketing direction.

Abigail was born in New Braunfels and raised in Helotes, Texas. She graduated from O’Connor High School in 2019 and graduated from Texas A&M University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management. In her spare time, she enjoys spending her time with her family in the Hill Country and going on runs with her dog Phoebe.
