Patrick A. Harvey

Patrick A. Harvey joined Stouffer & Associates in April of 2021 in the San Antonio location. He holds a Certified General Appraiser designation in Texas. Patrick graduated from Theodore Roosevelt High School in May of 2005. Upon graduation, he enlisted as an infantryman in the United States Marine Corps, and was honorably discharged in December of 2010. During his time in the Marines, he was deployed twice, and received various awards for his professionalism and decisiveness. He then attended the University of the Incarnate Word where he graduated with honors, Magna Cum Laude, with a degree of Bachelors of Science in Business Administration. Mr. Harvey began working as a residential and agricultural appraiser for the Wilson County Appraisal District in January of 2012, and would later transfer to the Bexar Appraisal Districts commercial department in October of 2015.  While at the Bexar Appraisal District, he quickly began transitioning into different property types and was a member of the Commercial Land, and Retail Teams within his first two years. Mr. Harvey then became the team lead for the Multifamily team, and was later promoted to the position of Commercial Operations Supervisor for Bexar Appraisal District. While he was employed with the Bexar Appraisal District, he was exposed to a variety of facets of the appraisal business which he subsequently mastered. Mr. Harvey has experience in both binding and non-binding arbitrations, and has provided testimony as an expert witness in district court.

As a Certified General Appraiser, Patrick has been exposed to a variety of property types. He has a broad exposure to all property types to include residential, farm & ranch, office, industrial, retail, special purpose, subdivisions, etc.

In Patrick’s spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, volunteering as a youth coach for the La Vernia Bears Youth Organization select baseball team.
