Tyler Givens

Tyler Givens joined the Stouffer & Associates team in February of 2022 in the Houston location. He currently holds Certified General Appraiser designations in Georgia, Missouri, and Texas, and is a Candidate for Designation in the Appraisal Institute. Prior to joining Stouffer & Associates, Tyler worked for four years as an appraiser specializing in the research and valuation of properties for right-of-way projects throughout the country, including 13 states within the continental U.S.A. and Alaska. Tyler has also assisted in the preparation of appraisals and market analyses utilized in various forms of litigation including commissioner hearings, depositions, and jury trials.

Tyler was born in Houston, Texas and raised in Matthews, North Carolina. He graduated from David W. Butler High School in 2013 and returned to Texas to pursue a college degree. Tyler attended Blinn Community College before transferring to Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. In August of 2017, Tyler graduated with honors from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics.

Tyler is part of a set of triplets and is recently engaged. In his spare time, he enjoys exercising, playing tennis, and spending time with his family and fiancé.
