Corey Dowlearn

Corey Dowlearn joined the Stouffer & Associates team in April of 2022 in the San Antonio location. He holds Certified General Appraiser designations in Texas, Missouri, New Mexico, and Kansas, and is currently a Candidate for Designation in the Appraisal Institute. Prior to joining Stouffer & Associates, Corey worked for eight years as an appraiser specializing in the valuation of properties for right-of-way projects in all regions of Texas as well as various states throughout the country. Corey has extensive experience in the preparation of appraisals and impact studies utilized in various forms of litigation and he has provided expert witness testimony in special commissioners’ hearings regarding eminent domain matters on multiple occasions.

Corey was born in San Antonio and raised in Blanco, Texas. He graduated from Blanco High School in 2010 and graduated from Texas A&M University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance.
