Gary R. Miller, MAI
Gary Miller joined Stouffer & Associates in the San Antonio office in 1989. Gary serves as a senior appraiser and has experience appraising a multitude of real properties to include retail, office, industrial, multifamily, assisted living, skilled nursing facilities, medical office building, and special purpose properties to include restaurants, convenience stores, parking garages, et cetera.
Prior to joining Stouffer & Associates, Gary served as a cost estimator with Phelps, Garza, Bomberger architectural firm responsible for the design of hospitals and schools. He also spent years as a project manager with general contractors on property types to include hotel, manufacturing facility, schools and office lease space finish-out. Gary’s experience and accreditation gives him a unique perspective of the real estate industry.
In addition to Gary’s appraisal work, he also served in the capacities of President or Chapter Officer of the San Antonio Chapter of the Appraisal Institute from 1999-2002.
Gary specializes in appraising a wide range of special purpose properties.
In Gary’s spare time, he enjoys family time.
