Evan Blair

Evan Blair joined the Stouffer & Associates team in May 2025, working out of the San Antonio office as a Research Analyst. In this role, he specializes in gathering and analyzing market data to assist with property valuation and appraisal reports. Evan also plays a key role in maintaining and managing the appraisal database, ensuring that it remains organized and up-to-date.

Outside of work, Evan enjoys spending time in nature through activities like hiking and snowboarding, along with spending time with family and friends.
