Andrew Watson

Andrew Watson is an appraiser as a part of the Boerne team. Andrew attended Texas A&M University and upon graduation, he began his career in banking Boerne, Texas. In 2006, Andrew made the move from banking and joined Stouffer & Associates and has since obtained his state certification as a general appraiser.

As part of the Stouffer & Associates Boerne office, Andrew appraises a variety of rural land properties throughout South Texas and the Texas Hill Country. These properties range from smaller acreage rural residential properties to large acreage agricultural and recreational properties. These properties include ranches, hunting properties, and irrigated farms, as well as many conservation easement appraisals for both sales and donations. Andrew also appraises a wide range of commercial properties, both existing and proposed, located in the small towns throughout the region and is familiar with the unique aspects of commercial properties located in small markets.

Andrew typically performs between 70 and 100 appraisals per year for various clients including banks, municipalities, individuals, partnerships, corporations, real estate developers, non-profit organizations, and attorneys. These appraisals are utilized for variety of uses to include loan underwriting, foreclosures, estate valuations, partitioning, donation purposes, and marketing direction.

In addition to appraisal work with Stouffer & Associates, Andrew is the cofounder/director of a non-profit known as the Cara Ann Hobbs Foundation that was started in 2010.  The Cara Ann Hobbs Foundation raises financial support for families dealing with cancer and other life-threatening illnesses.  He also enjoys spending time with his family, sailing, fishing and hunting.
