Leah M. Morales
Leah M. Morales joined the Stouffer & Associates team in June of 2022 in the Houston location. She currently holds the Certified General Appraiser designation in Texas and is a Practicing Affiliate in the Appraisal Institute. Leah has worked 6 years as an appraiser, specializing in the valuation of properties for right‐of‐way projects in all regions of Texas, as well as various states throughout the country. Leah has also assisted in the preparation of appraisals and impact studies utilized in various forms of litigation including commissioner hearings, depositions, and jury trials. Additionally, she has appraised retail and industrial type properties.
Leah was born in Round Rock, Texas and attended Taylor High School. Graduating in 2010, she attended Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. In December of 2014, Leah graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.
