P.J. Dooling, MAI

Philip J. Dooling Jr. (P.J.) is a senior appraiser with Stouffer & Associates and is the Managing Director for the Austin location. P.J. joined Stouffer & Associates in 2005 upon graduation from Texas Tech University where he obtained a B.B.A. in Finance. P.J. is a Certified General Appraiser and received his MAI designation in June 2011.
P.J. performs 80 to 100 appraisals per year for various clients, including: banks, mortgage lenders, credit unions, municipalities, individuals, partnerships, corporations, real estate developers, and attorneys. These appraisals are utilized for variety of uses, including: loan underwriting, foreclosures, condemnation cases, estate valuations, feasibility analysis, tax protests, and marketing direction.
P.J. specializes in multi-tenant income producing properties. He has experience in various property types to include ranches, retail/restaurant, office and industrial appraisals. In addition to the Austin area, P.J. has performed appraisals in the San Antonio and Hill Country markets.
In P.J.’s spare time, he enjoys golfing, kayak fishing, snowboarding, and spending time with his wife and dog.
