Patrick S. Mowrey

Patrick S. Mowrey joined Stouffer & Associates in the San Antonio office in April of 2013. He is a licensed appraiser trainee and is currently working towards his state certification with the ultimate goal of obtaining his MAI designation.   Patrick is a native of San Antonio where he graduated from Alamo Heights High School. He then attended Texas Tech University where he pursued his degree in Construction Engineering. He later transferred to the Texas Tech campus in Fredericksburg, Texas where he is currently finishing his degree in University Studies.

Prior to working at Stouffer & Associates he spent two years working for a home builder. Patrick worked in every field from foundation and carpentry to project manager and superintendent. This experience gives Patrick a different and unique point of view through a developer’s eyes and gives understanding and insight for various development costs.

Patrick performs appraisals for various clients, including: banks, mortgage lenders, credit unions, municipalities, individuals, partnerships, corporations, real estate developers, and attorneys. These appraisals are utilized for variety of uses, including: loan underwriting, foreclosures, condemnation cases, estate valuations, feasibility analysis, tax protests, and marketing direction.
